Here is the size of our resistance bands in inches:
1/2, 3/4, 1 1/4, 1 3/4, 2 1/2
or in decimal:
0.5 .. 0.75 .. 1.25 .. 1.75 .. 2.5
Some manufacturers have a slightly different sequence which you can see from this table, and that is not good.
It is crucial for your ability to pair the bands which is not obvious when buying a set.
You can take 1.75 and make a pair adding 1.25 and 0.5.
A 2.5 band can be paired by adding 1.75 and 0.75, or adding the first three.
As you see, it's very convenient and helps to save few bucks.
